New patch file.
I don't have any problem for compile under Windows. However, I made some
changes, I hope you will can compile now. I don't make changes in configure.in
or plugins\Makefile.am.
It's not a built-in plugin just because it's easier to distribute for now.
I made changes you suggest, I use the proto_tree_add_item function and the
value_string type.
