I create a dissector for WSE Remote Ethernet protocol.
The dissector was tested on 32 and 64 bits platform with windows XP and 7. With
the latest stable version (1.6.7 32&64 bits), the SVN version (1.7.2). It has
been tested with as many as possible different frames, no crash to report.
