Try copying (or symlinking) libfreetype to your Wireshark.app directory as
suggested here:
http://ask.wireshark.org/questions/9711/osx-libcairo2dylib-claims-libfreetype6dylib-provides-an-older-package-than-it-does
And you should avoid running Wireshark with `sudo`.
