Diff updating the RPL SRH support and adding preference for strict RFC checking
I apologize for the delay... We've updated the header type value for RPL SRH
and also added in a preference to allow users to check the header to ensure it
follows the requirements listed in the RFC (RFC 6554.) A packet capture with
test cases for the preference will follow. Also, the original code
implementing the RPL SRH dissection was not indented properly, so we changed a
few other lines in the section so that it matches the rest of the file.
