You could provide an implementation of this feature, or find somebody who's
willing to spend their time implementing it for money and provide money to to
them, or get one of those Fortune 500 companies to do one of those.
Wireshark is a volunteer effort by its developers, which means development
priorities are often set by the developers' own interests (so a Fortune 500
company isn't necessarily going to get any more attention than a Fortune 50,000
company).
