For ANCP Port-Up bulk messages, the Info field as displyed by Wireshark is
empty. It should be "Port-Up Message". Also the attributes available at the end
of the bulk message are not displayed by Wireshark.

Possibly, the same problems (errors) could concern ANCP Port-Down bulk messages
as well.

The last displayed value of the submitted Port-Up packet is:
Value: 1 (Showtime)
However, there are more attributes in this ANCP bulk message. Only the first(!)
set of ANCP attributes are shown by Wireshark and the rest of the bulk message
not shown, ignored. Please look at the binary data, e.g. in
ancp_port-up_861.pcap or ancp_port-up_861.txt.
Attached are the following files:
ancp_port-up_861.pcap - Port-Up message, for which the "Info" field in
Wireshark window is empty;
ancp_port-up_861.txt - the same Port-Up packet exported in text format;
ancp_port-up.jpg - snapshot of the Wireshark window, with Port-Up packet, where
the "Info" field is empty.
