patch to fix mp2t.c to reject more byte streams that are not MPEG2
The bug fixes the problem with the EyeSDN trace file attached. There may be
files that have sync patterns at the start exceeding the relatively low limit I
selected. Maybe the mp2t.c open should be called after other more easily
detectable file formats.
