Discovered while developing Pcap.Net (http://pcapdot.net).

It seems that the "Z" attribute isn't parsed correctly in DNS OPT resource
record.
For example, in the attached pcap, the second Answer resource record is an OPT
record with "Z" field 0x8000.
However, bits 1-15 (reserved) are parsed as 0x1a, instead of 0x0 and I don't
know where did this value come from.
