Dear all,

a while ago, I submitted the SAS resource in DVB-CI/CI+ that defines a
transparent pipe between host and module.
The attached a patch allows a dissector to register itself for the payload of
messages going across the transparent pipe.

The index for registering is a 64bit application id. As uint dissector tables
are limited to 32bit, I had to use a string dissector table.

The patch also adds a simple dissector for Open IPTV forum's CSPG-CI+ protocol
that sits on top of the SAS resource and registers itself for the OIPF
application id.

Sample pcap file is included.

Thanks for review and merging,

   Martin
