What happens if you try this with WInDump:

If it also crashes, this is probably a WinPcap problem, and should be reported
as such:
http://www.winpcap.org/bugs.htm
There might be some 32-bit vs. 64-bit issues in the rpcap protocol code, where
one side is sending a 32-bit value and the other side is expecting a 64-bit
value, or vice versa.
