I just tried version 1.6.6, expecting the fix for this bug. Unfortunately, it
still occurs with same conditions and same symptoms as originally described.

I'm getting as many "Closing file" malformed windows as there are file
rotations. It also occurs if "Update list of packets in real time" is disabled.

So, I reopen this bug...
