Wireshark should never ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever
ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever discard a packet because it's
not valid - one of the reasons why people use Wireshark is to see what the
cause of a networking problem is, and the cause might be invalid packets.

Perhaps it should, however, *ignore*, when doing "Follow TCP Stream" or
reassembly or other forms of packet group processing, invalid packets that a
protocol implementation is supposed to discard.

Title changed to reflect that.
