Thanks Jeff for the quick reply. I tried saving the "displayed" packets
without any filter, and I still see the Fragmented IP Protocol error. I also
tried filtering on "ip" and saving the selected packet, and no luck there
either.
However, thanks to your suggestions and the insights from these comments here,
I discovered that I can filter with 'ip contains "<my-domain>"' which will
capture all of the frames that are needed for reassembly. Then when I save the
"displayed" packets, it saves the frames (in my case 3) that make up the
reassembled packet.
This should be a good enough workaround for me.
