With EPS arrival, the description of the Configuration Protocol field of the
Protocol Configuration Options information element was updated to reflect the
fact that EPS PDN can use PAP/CHAP parameters (see TSG Doc. CP-090652).
The attached patch updates the corresponding proto_tree_add_text().
