It would be nice if the dissector could skip the extra tests if the media type
is application/ipp.

I'd have to check whether the HTTP dissector checks the port number or the
media type first, but it arguably *should* check the media type first.  If it
does that, then the "media type" dissector could avoid the tests and the "port
number" dissector could do them.
