Adds the abillity to edit comments
This patch makes it possible to edit or add comments to packets.
Note you will have to save the file to keep the edits.
TODO:
- Warn that the file must be saved to not lose the edits.
- Fix max read option size 100 octests.
- Warn that pcapng must be the file type to save in.
- Free options string
- ...Many more things I'm sure :-)
I think it can be commited but can't do it at the moment.
