Why not have a new column type Comment? This makes it easier than using a
Custom column
and figure out the name of the field...
Thinking about actively using comments while analyzing a tracefile, I would
find it helpful to
have the information in a column, not just as an expert info...
Maybe it is not an either/or. It might depend on how people use things. So
maybe we could
provide both. I like the idea of a green sign to indicate the existence of
comments. However,
if there are also warnings, they hide the comments... Hmm.
Double clicking on a packet or crtl-clicking, getting an edit window sound good
to me.
