I just ran through the steps that Jim Y. outlined in comment 0 of bug 4985, and
I was still able to reproduce the same incorrect results.

Using the capture file attached to that bug report, namely dhcp-icmp.pcap, this
can be more easily seen if you have 3 time columns right next to each other:
(1) Time (format as specified)
(2) Delta time displayed
(3) Custom(frame.time_delta_displayed)

Then notice the 3 time column contents of frames 8, 23 and 39 as you toggle
between "Seconds Since Previous Captured Packet (Ctrl+Alt+5)" and "Seconds
Since Previous Displayed Packet (Ctrl+Alt+6)".  When you choose Ctrl+Alt+5, the
Time column matches the custom column time, but it shouldn't; Furthermore,
columns (2) and (3) should always be the same.
