An updated patch against trunk.

This patch more closely reverts the adverse changes made from bug 6194.  It
also adds the reserved field to the tree as a single, 3-bit field, which
matches the specification.  Additionally, after reading NOTE 2 of Table 3-1, it
now displays the connection id, whatever it is, rather than assuming it's zero
just because the Com bit isn't set.
