A quick search on Nokia tcpdump found this:

which suggests that Nokia has modified tcpdump. Since tcpdump is open source,
we ought to be able to get that source and perhaps figure out what those extra
bytes are. I don't know if that knowledge will help here or not, but at the
very least, it would be interesting to find out what they are if we can. I
have yet to find the Nokia tcpdump source code posted anywhere though ...
