BASE_CUSTOM fields have special formatting when normally displayed, but when
applied as a column, the version displayed in the column seems to revert to
BASE_DEC.
To reproduce this issue:
* open the attached .pcap file
* expand the groups: Data, Tracking,
* select the item "Channel", right click and "Apply as column"
I have seen the same issue in a proprietary dissector with a BASE_CUSTOM field.
