Or, if this file is the result of fuzzing (as I suspect is the case; it looks
as if Laurent might be fuzzing a whole bunch of files Wireshark reads, both
captures and configuration files, to see what breaks), perhaps the *Peek-ng
code is fine, and it's just trying to read a corrupted file, and the fix
applied for it is sufficient.
