patch to use circuit_id and p2p_dir in lapdm defragmentor

-v", or "tshark -v".

When thre are LAPDm fragments of multiple streams in one pcap file, the LAPDm
dissector mixes them up, i.e. tries to combine fragments of multiple streams
together into one stream.
In order to fix this, we can use fields like pinfo->circuit_id and
pinfo->p2p_dir which have to be set by the underlying link layer.
