Yes the bug (not displaying the packets after save-as) was introduced in 1.6.3,
it did not exist in 1.6.2.
Aside: I can repro the hang every time, either with stock 1.6.4 32-bit on XP,
or in my own trunk-1.6 VS2010 build on 32-bit XP.
But the hang is not the issue here, that's why I was asked to separate out this
bug. The issue here is that the packet list is no longer displayed, it used to
be displayed, and I think it is more useful that way.
