patch for mergecap

Build Information:
Mergecap 1.7.1 (SVN Rev 40033 from /trunk)

After running mergecap:
./mergecap -w merge.pcap dhcp3.pcap arp3.pcap

I received empty merge.cap(28 bytes)

my patch for resolve that issue attached.
