A single packet that will crash Wireshark in the gsm_map dissector.
Build Information:
SVN 40032

Load the attached .pcap file. Wireshark will crash. This bug was discovered
while fuzzing the menagerie for testing some recent changes I made; however,
the crash occurred in a completely different place, namely packet-gsm_map.c.
I will attach a patch; however, I'm not too familiar with asn1 so maybe someone
could apply the right fix to the right file in the asn1/gsm_map/ directory and
regenerate packet-gsm_map.c?
