due to some changes and additional bits in the released version 2.3 this patch
contains:
  corrected text for some bits
  the ARDATA block got a subtree for better reading 

Due to missing a "bit" to distinguish between a normal RTC3 and a packet frame:
Packet frames will be decoded as packed frames if their length values stay
within the complete frame, an end frame is present and the subframe CRC are
correct (if != 0)
