Do you have captures both before/after valid fragmentation occurred, for
comparison?  I looked at the before/after of the 980 byte fragment and the
reassembled data is missing 4 bytes, but I'd like to be sure that it's not
missing due to the invalid fragmentation bug.

BTW, do you realize that your device is fragmenting packets even though the
"Don't Fragment" bit is set?
