Wrong direction of packets in trace
This problem was noted in SVN 39824. The Aethra decode frame 14 shows the first
Q.Sig SETUP correctly from the NT (C/R=1). However the Wireshark decode of the
same frame (9 in Wireshark) still shows the C/R=1, but shows the source as the
TE, not the NT as it should.
