Spoke too soon. "**** still broke."

My Preferences had been set to "Save maximized state", and I had closed
Wireshark with it still maximized, so when it restarted, its window always fit
within the screen. I only realized it was still broken when I un-maximized the
window.

Alas, there's a configuration workaround:
Edit > Preferences > User Interface:
Save window position: yes (default: no)
Save window size: yes (default: no)
Save maximized state: yes (default: yes)

The bug is exhibited only with the default settings shown above:

If the Wireshark window is closed while not maximized, it will open with its
head chopped off on the secondary monitor (it's to the left of my primary). The
window can be closed on any monitor; it always opens on the secondary in my
case. The same decapitation effect occurs when the window is un-maximized on
the secondary.

If the window is closed while maximized, it opens correctly next time *ONLY IF*
it was not maximized using Aero Snap. The window must have been maximized by
the window's "maximize" button or by double-clicking the title bar.

Can we change the defaults above to "yes" to mitigate the problem?
