(I  have opened the same capture in 1.[4-7].x  and same results)

The SIP dissector seems to fail when decoding the WWW-Authenticate header in a
SIP 401 response, claiming the message is malformed.

It looks like it chokes on the qop parameter, containing "auth, auth-int".

Not a parser expert, but at least I cant find any problems with the response, 
and the UAC doesnt complain either.
