Another way to make this bug occur is to open a pcap file that is currently
being written to by another instance of wireshark, and later on, click
File->Open Recent->filename
and the bug will occur.
Workaround in this case is simple, always close a pcap file before opening
another.
Possibly any method of closing a file, other than clicking File->Close will
cause this bug to occur?
