Patch to add a pref when no ERSPAN Header

The ERSPAN is not a "standard" protocol, there is no spec and some Vendor
(Comware, Huawei) implement own version. 
In their version, there is no Header ERSPAN, i attach a patch to add a
preference 
and decode Comware, Huawei ERSPAN.
