Hi Anders,
I think that the problem is that wireshark makes some confusions with CAPv2 and
CAPv3. As you can see in the attachment, my IDP is based on a CAPv2 dialog
(which is based on GSM 09.78). In this case the tag [1] is for gmscAddress.
gmscAddress has tag [1] only in next version of CAP (which are defined in 3gpp
ts 29.078).
Can you confirm that?
