Add runtime tracers (disabled by default) for debug.

Add runtime tracers (disabled by default) for debug.

This may be useful for ongoing development.

Here ends my patch series for now.

Wireshark no longer crashes when loading or dissecting using a wspython plugin.

However, wspython is still not useful because although the dissection function
gets called, nothing shows up in the tree.

I'm not sure I have the patience or the in-depth knowledge of wireshark
internals to debug why it is not working.
