"Dependency" is too strong a word, but "coordination" is needed with the
current outstanding patch in bug 6416.  The current patch includes Benjamin's
modifications to the ENIP dissector plus others based on review comments.

I was waiting for the proto_tree_add_item()/ENC_[BIG|LITTLE]_ stuff to calm
down to submit a new patch to 6416 as I assume it no longer applies cleanly. 
I've seen a few conflicts when merging from the latest trunk.  Now I'll wait
for Benjamin's patch to be committed and create a new patch that includes the
necessary value_string to ext_value_string changes that would now affect 3
dissectors with the inclusion of packet-cipmotion.c
