The "Follow SSL Stream" option is only displaying decrypted data that is split
among packets. Data that is from multiple SSL records in a single packet is not
being combined and displayed. The data is being decrypted because for each SSL
record in the packet there is a "Decrypted SSL Data" tab which contains the
decrypted data. This makes it difficult to debug issues over SSL since the
entire combined decrypted stream is not readily viewable.
