This is a dissector for BRP (Bandwidth Reservation Protocol). This protocol is
used by various telecommunications vendors to establish VoD (Video On-Demand)
streams between a STB (Set-Top Box) at the customer's home and the VoD server
at the video head-end.

The following filters are available for use in the plug-in:

•brp = generic protocol filter
•brp.type = message type
•brp.trans = transaction ID
•brp.ver = version
•brp.stat = status
•brp.srcip = source IP
•brp.dstip = destination IP
•brp.dstuport = destination UDP port
•brp.mbz = must be zero
•brp.bw = bandwidth - Kbytes/sec
•brp.life = lifetime
•brp.flid = flow identifier
•brp.fltype = flow type
•brp.rmttl = remaining TTL

The code has passed fuzz testing.
