without Lua, with Python 2.7.2, with GnuTLS 2.12.3, with Gcrypt 1.4.6, without
Kerberos, without GeoIP, with PortAudio V19-devel (built Aug 18 2011 10:09:53),
without AirPcap.

Running on Linux 3.0.4-ojab, with locale en_US.UTF-8, with libpcap version
1.1.1, with libz 1.2.5, GnuTLS 2.12.3, Gcrypt 1.4.6.

Built using gcc 4.6.1.

Ctrl+left & Ctrl+right (Expand/Collapse) all is broken, works just as
left/right (collapses/expands one level).
