Hi,
My interpretation is that the document describes the Radius 3GPP AVP 22 as
DIAMETER AVP:s 0 - 255 are reusing RADIUS AVP descrptions but DIAMETER uses
32 bit fields in the header the DIAMETER version of the AVP will look different
e.g
the RADIUS AVP isn't encapsulated in the DIAMETER AVP the corresponding
AVP data OCTET STRING in this case is plased in the "data" section of
the DIAMETER IE. In this case perhaps the Vendor missinterpreted the
specefication - assuming I'm right :-)
