In the HTTP dissector it's possible to configure custom header fields in a UAT.
 Adding or deleting entries in this list requires a restart of Wireshark.  This
is not needed when changing other UAT's, and is not indicated anywhere.

The UAT is registered as belonging to the profile, but the registered headers
are not updated when changing profile.
