Further improvements:

1. I can't get the "Set packets to time and extrapolate" to work on my capture.
It sets correct values in the selected range, but everything else is set to a
fixed time.

2. Put a "Undo Time Shift" function as a menu item below "Shift Time" in the
Edit menu?

3. Maybe add a descriptive tooltips for the various selections in the "Time
Shift" window?

4. Add an indicator somewhere to tell time shift is active?

5. Isn't "Ctrl-A" used for select all? Maybe find another shortcut?

Keeping this report open until this is fixed.
