OK, I think I understand what you were saying.  Initially I thought you were
saying that the bug isn't present in r38230, but I think you were merely saying
that the bug doesn't present itself if you first do "Follow TCP Stream" by
selecting another packet in the stream besides packet 38 and then select packet
38.

I found that if you turn off the TCP preference to "Allow subdissector to
reassemble TCP streams", then you can select frame 38 and then "Follow TCP
Stream" and the bug won't occur.
