This checks the length of the package for the proposed frame size
This patch fixes the problem, but introduces a visual problem. It now presents
the EPL dissection twice. This is an underlying architectural problem with the
dissector, but it will be fixed in a later version.
In reality this can not occur. It is a problem which only exists by truly
randomized packages.
