Sorry, clarifying my earlier conclusion:
This means that embedded devices that rely on *Windows XP-sourced* ICMP
time-stamp for clock synchronization will fail under Vista or WIN7. In my
situation I am forced to use an XP machine as a time server (or a much more
time consuming update to convert all clients to use NTP).
