Wireshark Portable crashes on shutdown if the Capture Options dialog is
cancelled just before shutting down.

TO RE-CREATE:

Run Wireshark Portable.

1. Click the Capture Options button.

2. Click the Cancel button.

3. Click the "x" to close Wireshark, or select File > Quit.

Wireshark stops working and the following Windows dialog pops up:

   "Wireshark has stopped working"

"Windows can check online for a solution to the problem"

"* Check online for a solution and close the program"

   "* Close the program"

Clicking on "View problem details" shows the following:

Problem signature:
  Problem Event Name: APPCRASH

Note: You can do other things after launching Wireshark and before causing the
crash: capture traffic, open a trace file, etc. The crash seems to be triggered
by attempting to quit Wireshark immediately after opening and cancelling the
Capture Options dialog.

The same behavior was seen with SVN-38128 on both Windows Vista and Windows 7,
and with SVN-38129 on Windows Vista (not tested on Windows 7).
