Yes, I can continue to use Wireshark with no problem.

I'm not equipped to do my own compiling, so am limited to the versions I can
download from Wireshark.org. I've been downloading from
http://www.wireshark.org/download/automated/win32/ or
http://www.wireshark.org/download/automated/win64/ depending on which computer
I'm downloading for. I don't see any option to download a version built without
WinPcap support.
