Here's another packet, this one from an Ixia. In this packet, Wireshark does
decode the L2VPN NLRI, but decodes it as BGP-VPLS (RFC 4761), misinterpreting
the PE IP Address as a CE-ID, Label-Block Offset Size and Base, finally
erroring with a 'BOGUS: Bottom of Stack NOT set!.
