The Ethernet MAC Control dissector can have the following expert info items
added:
1. Check for no tag.
2. Check for destination address (must be 01-80-C2-00-00-01 for pause and CBFC
frames).
3. Check that the 8 MSb's of ENBV are '0'.
4. Check for unknown opcode.
