Currently, when the ASN.1 PER decoder encounters an unknown extension marker,
it calls the macro PER_NOT_DECODED_YET. This macro display some text and make a
call to tvb_get_guint8(tvb, 9999) so as to trigger an assert.
Some (all ?) protocols likre LTE RRC rely on those extension markers to add
extensions in future releases while keeping backward compatibility.
The attached patch proposes to replace the call to PER_NOT_DECODED_YET with an
expert information PI_UNDECODED of level PI_NOTE when the dissector finds an
unknown extension marker in CHOICE or SEQUENCE types. It allows to decode the
message according to the known ASN.1 description while notifying the user that
some part of the message could not be decoded because it is unknown.
